创业者受教育程度与在校表现对创业绩效的影响——基于小微企业样本的实证研究

The Effect of Enterpreneurs' Education Level and School Performance on Entrepreneurial Performance——An Empirical Research Based on Micro and Small Enterprises

采用因子分析和多元回归分析等方法,通过对389家小微企业进行问卷调查发现,创业者的受教育程度、在校学业成绩和人际表现均对创业者的月收入有显著的积极影响;创业者的受教育程度和在校学业成绩对创业机会质量也有显著的正向关联;创业者的受教育程度与在校表现对创业过程和结果的影响在不同出生年代的创业者之间存在差异,这些影响在年轻组别比较显著。

Using explorative factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and other methods to validate theoretical assumptions based on the data of questionnaire of 389 micro and small enterprises, it is found out that enterpreneurs＂ education level, school academic achievement and interpersonal representation have positive effect on monthly income significantly, and the education level, and school academic achievement also have positive effect on the quality of entrepreneurial opportunities. At the same time, there are significant differences between the effect of education level and school performance on the entrepreneurial process and results in different birth decades, especially in young group.
