摘要
面对人才培养新的要求,我国高校急需加强支撑改革的内部动力建设。从人才培养的角度看,高校人才培养的动力机制应当聚焦到广大师生的主体能动性上,着力建设环境性、组织性、情境性、参与性、激励性、绩效性、发展性七种动力。在建设实践中,高校应一手抓人才培养改革,一手抓内部动力建设,二者相辅相成,融为一体,坚持以人为本,营造激励型文化。
Under the situation of new requirements of talent cultivation, it is in great need of enhancing the lnternaJ impetus construction to support the reform of universities in China. From the view of talent cultivation, the impetus mechanism of university talent cultivation should focus on the subjective initiative of the mass teachers and students, putting efforts into the construction of the seven kinds of impetus as environment, organization, situation, involvement, inspiration, performance and development. In the practice of construction, university should pay attention to both talent cultivation reform and internal impetus construction, which should be complementary and integrated. The university should also adhere to people-oriented philosophy and construct incentive culture.
