经济全球化视野下涉外法律人才培养问题初探

Cultivating Legal Talents of Foreign Affairs in the Perspective of Economic Globalization

经济全球化期待涉外法律人才的培养,中国目前的法学教育远远不能满足法律人才的国际化需求,培养厚基础、复合型、实用型、高素质的涉外法律人才成为中国法学教育的当务之急。因此,立足于现实,克服涉外法律人才培养的困境,提出合理和科学的对策,以应对日趋增强的经济全球化的发展态势,是中国法学教育改革的一大课题。

Economic globalization requires the cultivation of legal talents of foreign affairs. China＇ s present law education can hardly meet the international need for legal talents and it is an urgent task of law education to train legal talents of foreign affairs with solid foundation, comprehensive knowledge, practical skill and high quality. Therefore, in the reform of law education, we should overcome difficulties in talent training according to reality, take rational and scientific measures to meet the increasing challenge of economic globalization.
