摘要
对黑龙江省哈尔滨、佳木斯和牡丹江等地区10所朝鲜族中小学的实地调查表明,学生对传统民族文化的认知与掌握,大多是通过参与学校文艺汇演和运动会等活动获取。民族中小学应树立正确的教育理念,为民族传统文化传承提供较为充足的课时,及时培养专任师资的专业能力,通过构建学校、家庭和社会合作的教育监护体系关注日益增多的留守学生问题,切实为民族文化传承培养后续力量。
A field investigation of 10 Korean primary and middle schools in Harbin, Jiamusi and Mudanjiang of Heilongjiang Province shows that students' cognition and mastery of ethnic culture are gained mainly through participating in various performances and sports meetings held by schools. So, in order to cultivate successors to inherit ethnic culture, correct educational concept should be upheld, sufficient teaching hours should be provided, teachers' professional ability should be trained in time, and educational supervision system should be set up through cooperation of family, school and society to solve problems of left-behind students.
