20世纪晚期社会学视域下体育教师研究的热点综述与启示 被引量:13

Hot Issues Research Review of Physical Education Teachers in the Late 20thCentury from Perspective of Sociology

摘要 20世纪晚期是西方教育急剧变革的时代,各国都进行了大量的教育改革以提高教育质量和全民素质,教师在这一过程中起着关键性作用。当代中国的教育改革背景与当时的西方有着相似性。主要基于社会学的视域,对20世纪晚期国际主流学术期刊中有关体育教师研究的文章进行了综述并总结了3个研究热点:即体育教师专业成长的社会学分析、体育教师工作环境的社会学分析、体育教师边缘化的社会学分析。并在此基础上提出了对中国体育教师研究的启示,即扩展研究视域、重视质性研究方法的使用、关注细微问题,希望能够为当代中国体育教师研究和进一步的课程改革推进有所裨益。 The late 20th century is a dynamic change period with many education reforms, which aimed to improveits quality and teacher played a key role, in the western world. The educational reform background in contemporaryChina has a similarity with western countries at that time. From the perspective of sociology, this article mainly an-alyzed three hot research issues of physical education teacher from high quality journals in the western world of thelate 20th century. The three hot issues are physical education teachers' profession development, working environ-ment and their marginalization. Based on this, this paper found some implications emerged. They extend researchhorizon, value qualitative research and pay attention to micro questions. This paper hoped to provide some benefitsfor physical education teachers research and curriculum reform in contemporary China.
