国际接轨背景下中国啦啦操运动的发展研究

Research on Cheerleading Development in China in Background of in Line with International Standards

基于中国社会转型及全球化深入、中国啦啦操10余年本土阶段化快速成长、国内和国际啦啦操接轨重要契机出现等背景下,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,审视和分析中国啦啦操运动自身的发展问题。研究认为:中国啦啦操运动面临着"7个转"的发展诉求:即角色定位需转变、发展观念需转化、发展方式需转型、市场形象需转换、受众需求需转移、国家集训队建设需转入、竞赛评判思维需转向等;中国啦啦操运动应选择战略化目标引领、权威性竞赛体系打造、惠民性专业培训驱动、亲产业性集约市场推广、特色化内需设置保障的发展思路来持续、良性促进中国啦啦操运动的未来发展。

Based on massive social transformation in China and globalization, China cheerleading has a fast growthin the last ten years and in line with international standards. This paper analyzed development problems of Chinacheerleading by the methods of literature review and expert interview. This research suggested that China cheer-leading is facing ＂seven changes＂ which included role, development idea, development way, market image, audience demand, national training team construction, and contest judging thinking. China cheerleading should choosea development way, which contains strategic goal lead, authoritative competition system establish, preferentialpeople training drive, pro industry intensive market promotion, domestic demand guarantee, to acquire a sustainable and favorable development in the future.
