"天人合一"是中国文化传统中最古老的天人观,是中华民族文化库藏中的瑰宝。"天人合一"既肯定"天人一体",又划定"天""人"的职能,从而明确"人"对天地万物的责任和担当。这种责任和担当主要体现在中华民族传统文化的生态理念或曰生态伦理上。这种生态理念或曰生态伦理闪耀着人性的光辉和理性的智慧,推动着天地万物生生不息、共生共长,走到了今天。可见,我们提出生态文明,亦是由之演化、发展而来。因此,应以"天人合一"为建设社会主义生态文明的重要思想资源,温故知新、拨乱反正、务实创新,为我们的中国梦而奋斗。

＂Harmony between human being and nature＂ is the oldest view on man and nature in Chinese cultural tradition; it is the treasure of Chinese ethnic culture. The view of ＂harmony between human being and nature＂ not only reflects ＂nature-man integral whole＂, but also designates the functions of ＂nature＂ and ＂human being＂, thereby to make clear the responsibility of human being for nature. This responsibility is mainly embodied in the ecological idea or the ecological ethic of Chinese ethnic culture, which shines with the brilliance of human being and the wisdom of rationality to drive the life and the growth of creation today. It is thus clear that ecological civilization also comes from the ecological idea or the ecological ethic of Chinese ethnic culture. So undoubtedly, we should take the idea of ＂harmony between human being and nature＂ as the important ideological resource of constructing the ecological civilization of socialist to gain new insights through reviewing old material, to bring order out of chaos, to focus on practical work and innovation, and to struggle for our Chinese dream.
