论文以《左传》与《郭店楚墓竹简》为例,论述了因果标记"是以"在这两种文献中所体现出的使用频率、句法位置与语义类型差异是由叙事语体与议论语体各自的语体特征决定的,由此说明语体差异是因果标记"是以"使用的重要影响因素。

Abstract Taking the ancient writings Zuo Zhuan （左传） and Guodian Chu Jian （郭店楚墓竹简）as research objects, this paper discusses the differences of use frequency, syntactic mantic types of the causal marker shiyi （是以） in these two books and indicates that position and se- these differencesare determined by the stylistic differences between the narrative and argumentative styles, and that style is an important factor affecting the usage of the causal marker shiyi .
