摘要
职业院校新教师具有对职业教育的办学理念认识不到位,对教学方法、学生特点把握不准及社会地位偏低、心理压力大,职业忠诚度不高等问题,职业院校师资培训体系尚不健全,课程设置较随意,缺乏长远规划。为此应做好岗前培训、倡导导师制、开展形式多样教学和实践活动等措施,促使新教师尽快成长。
Newly-enrolled teachers in vocational colleges have the features of not knowing the principles of running vocational schools, holding no methods of teaching and learning,features of students. Besides, with relatively lower status and great pressure, they tend to quit profession ethics. In addition, the unsound teachers training system of vocational schools brings plenty of problems such as casual curriculum, lack of long-term plans. Under such circumstance, different measures like orientation, tutorial system should be taken to facilitate their healthy growth.
