摘要
为确定混凝土搅拌筒容积与驱动功率,详细分析了搅拌筒的几何结构,建立了搅拌筒容积的精确计算模型,基于该模型推导了任意物料平面的整体质心以及此时搅拌筒驱动功率的表达式,通过工程车辆实际装载量与模拟计算数值的对比,结果表明该数学模型有较高的精度,该程序化计算模型可应用于相关设计计算中。
In order to ascertain the volume and drive power of vehicle mixing drum,the geometry structure of the mixing drum is discussed in detail.The precise calculation model is built.The computational formula of drive power and the center of gravity on arbitrary material plane is deduced based on the model.The comparison between the practical load on vehicle and simulation value shows that simulation model is precise,which can be used in the design of vehicle mixing drum.
