中药方剂治疗鼻咽癌放射性口咽炎的临床疗效

The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine prescription on the radiation oropharyngitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的:探讨滋阴中药方剂治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性口咽炎的临床效果。方法:58例鼻咽癌患者随机分为西药组和中药组。西药组:28例,采用呋喃西林含漱治疗;中药组:30例,采用滋阴中药方剂含服治疗。观察、分析两个治疗方法的疗效和不良作用。结果:滋阴中药方剂治疗急性放射性口咽炎疗效与呋喃西林含漱疗效基本相同,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。呋喃西林含漱治疗组,恶心、呕吐发生率25.5%,低于中药方剂治疗组40.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);呋喃西林液含漱组,2例患者并发真菌感染,中药方剂组无1例并发真菌感染。结论:中药方剂可作为防治鼻咽癌急性放射性口咽炎的选择方法。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Ziyin traditional Chinese medicine prescription on acute radiation oropharyngitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods： 58 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into Western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group. 28 cases of Western medicine group were treated with furacilin gargle, 30 cases of Chinese medicine group adopted Ziyin traditional Chinese medicine prescription sublingual therapy. The therapeutic effect and adverse effects of two therapeutic methods were observed and analyzed. Resuits ： The curative effect of Ziyin traditional Chinese medicine prescription and furacilin gargle were basically the same in the treatment of cute radiation orophargngitis, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The incidence of nausea, vomiting in furacilin gargle treatment group was 25.5%, lower than the 40% of traditional Chinese medicine prescription treatment group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 2 cases of furacilin gargle treatment group were complicated with fungal infection, and no fungal infection in traditional Chinese medicine prescription treatment group. Conclusion： The prescription of traditional Chinese medicine can be used as selected method for the prevention and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma acute radiation oropharyngitis.
