摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在老年性痴呆并糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:67例老年性痴呆并糖尿病患者随机进入实验组:35例,采用临床护理路径进行健康教育;对照组:32例,采用传统方法进行健康教育。分析健康相关指标。结果:实验组空腹血糖水平(7.9±1.3)mmol/L,低于对照组(8.6±1.4)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白水平(8.3±1.3)%,低于对照组(9.2±1.6)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者对疾病相关知识及相关技能的掌握程度及遵医行为、日常生活能力明显高于对照组。结论:采用临床护理路径对老年痴呆并糖尿病患者实施健康教育,有助于控制血糖,提高健康教育效果。
Objective: To explore the health education pathway(CNP) on Alzheimer's and diabetes patients. effects of the application of clinical nursing Methods. A total of 67 patients with Alzheimer's disease and diabetes were randomly divided into experimental group (35 cases) and control group (32 cases). Experimental group accepted CNP. The control group accepted traditional method. Fasting plasma glucose(FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), disease-associated knowledge and relevant skills, treatment compliance FPG were (7.9±1.3)mmol/L in experimental and ability of daily life were assayed. Results: The group, lower than that of the control group (8.6± 1.4)mmol/L and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Glycosylated hemoglobin were (8.3±1.3)% in the experimental group, lower than that of the control group(9.2±1.6)% and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Master of the disease related knowledge and skills, compliance, daily life ability in experimental group patients was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: CNP can enhance the effect of health education on patients with Alzheimer's disease and diabetes and help control of blood glucose and improve ability of daily life for patients.
