腺苷受体在糖尿病肾病发病中的研究进展

摘要 糖尿病是危害人类健康的重要疾病,其并发症糖尿病肾病已成为导致终末期肾衰竭的主要原因。腺苷是机体在炎症或损伤等情况下,由细胞内释放到细胞外的一种强效抗炎及免疫抑制分子。近年来的研究表明,腺苷的功能异常可能是导致肾脏形态及功能改变的重要原因。笔者简要综述腺苷受体在糖尿病肾病发病中的作用。 Diabetes is one of the most serious diseases to human health, and the renal complications, known as diabetic nephropathy, has become the major cause of end-stage renal failure. Adenosine is a potent anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive molecule that is released from cells into the ex tracellular space at circumstances of inflammation and tissue injury. Recent data show that abnor mal adenosine plays a key role in morphological and functional abnormalities' of diabetic nephropa thy. The author briefly reviews the role of adenosine receptors in the pathogenesis of diabetic ne phropathy.
