天疱疮糜烂面的感染是治疗过程中常见并发症,严重影响治疗效果和疾病预后。临床护理质量与感染有直接关系,做好创面护理,预防糜烂面的感染对提高治疗效果具有重要意义。笔者简要综述天疱疮糜烂面的感染因素和护理现状。
