Study of process for a new split brick

研究开发了一种新型的劈裂砖生产工艺,包括劈裂表面塑形工艺技术和装备,劈裂塑形作为独立的加工单元进行饰面加工,再将塑形后的砖坯进行分类、包装和仓储。

This paper describes a production process of split brick, such as split surface shaping process and equipment, brick finishing process of split surface, and the bricks from production line are transferred to automatic splitting shaping device to be split;meanwhile the brick is classified, packed and storaged.
