摘要
结合社会调查报告，对上海郊县“迁村并点”政策在浦东孙桥镇的实际落实进行了考察；通过对3个具有代表性案例的考察，研究了村镇住区建设和发展面临的问题，并提出了建议。
：The author selected three typical villages in Sunqiao Town,Pudong, Shanghai, as cases to study the working in process annexing these villages into a larger settlement , and the underlying problems ,also suggests future work.
