摘要
本文在简要回顾地震工程的发展和近几年地震灾害经验教训的基础上 ,强调了地震工程研究和抗震防灾工作中有待加强的以下问题 :非抗震建筑的改造与加固 ,抗震工程项目的管理 ,近源强地震动 ,断层引起的地面位错 。
This paper reviews briefly the developments of earthquake engineering and lessons from earthquake disasters in recent years On such bases,it is emphasized that the following issues related to earthquake engineering research and earthquake hazard mitigation should be strengthened renovation and strengthening of non-earthquake resistant buildings ,management of earthquake resistant projects, strong ground motions near the sources ,surface dislocation caused by faults , performanc-based seismic design and new techniques control
