摘要
冷却器中的金属管壁出现腐蚀和结垢后,将影响设备的换热效率和使用寿命。循环冷却水中的铁是导致冷却器腐蚀与结垢的主要离子之一。但循环冷却水系统的特点是水量大、处理比较困难、所需费用高。因此,循环冷却水的处理程度应从技术和经济等方面综合考虑。试验结果表明,投加适当的缓蚀阻垢剂,铜的缓蚀率和阻垢率达到80%以上,铸铁的缓蚀率达到60%以上、阻垢率在80%左右。
Points out iron in circulating water is one of the main ions causing corrosion and scale in the coolers and the treatment of circulating water must be therefore considered from both technical and economic points of view and concludes from experimental results that the effciency of corrosion and scale inhibitions of copper are more than 80% respectively the efficiency of corrosion and scale inhibitions of cast iron are more than 60% and about 80% respectively in circulating water with suitable corrosion and scale inhibitors added.
