摘要
对表面呈隋性的无机粒子填料/热固性树脂复合体系建立了细观结构模型,指出此类界面结合力是由残余热应力与聚合物固化收缩力产生的。得出了复合体系强度各种增益状况的表征式以及其与填料粒子长径比、聚合物基体强度、界面结合力 填料基体间磨擦系数等间的定量关系。对偏硅酸盐粒子填料对聚合物基体强度影响进行了实验分析。
Presents the fine structure model established with inorganic particle fillers for the inactive surface/UP system points out that interface cohesion results from residual thermal stress and strength from polymer curing shrinkage and the quantitative relations established between the factors and the slenderness ratio of the filler the strength of the polymer matrix the interface cohesion the coefficient of friction between fillers and matrix and provides an insight into the effect of silicate particle fillers on the UP resin strength.
