老挝万象特殊的光卤石矿,形成氯化钾生产的特殊工艺,特殊设备。文章从浮选装置试生产实践入手,扼要阐述了光卤石矿组分和特殊性,剖析矿的分解机理、氯化钾的回收率,针对影响产能的瓶颈,提出解决办法,并对装置安全、稳定运行及循环经济深入思考。
The special carnallite in Vientiane Laos creates the special technology and equipment of potassium chloride. The practice of flotation unit＇s trial production was chosen as start. The component and specialty of carnallite was described briefly and its decomposition and the recycling efficiency of potassium chloride were analyzed. The solutions were provided on bottlenecks affecting production after that. It discussed the safety and stable running of the equipment and recycling economy as well.
