澳大利亚在南中国海利益构成与策略

The Study of Australia's Interests and Strategies in South China Sea

澳大利亚是亚太地区重要的中等强国,无论从政治、安全还是经济角度看都在南中国海及周边地区有重要的利益。本文从政治、安全、经济和海上交通四个方面分析了澳大利亚在南中国海地区的利益构成,认为澳大利亚肯定会卷入发生在这里的领土纠纷中。澳大利亚现行的南中国海政策是支持东盟国家和中国签订具有约束力的行为准则,强化和美国的军事同盟关系。为此,中国的外交政策首先应该承认澳大利亚在该地区具有重要利益,确保其在政治上保持中立,不要进一步卷入纠纷中,同时加强中国海军和澳大利亚皇家海军的对话与合作,缓解其紧张情绪。

Australia is an important middle power in Asia- Pacific.In terms of political,security and economic of view,Australia have important interests in South China Sea and the surrounding areas.From four aspects,This article analysis the Australian interests in the South China Sea.Australia will undoubtedly involve in territorial disputes.The current policy of Australia was tc support ASEAN and China to sign a binding Code of Conduct and strengthen military alliance between the United States.Therefore,China＇s foreign policy should admit Australia＇s important interests in the region,which can ensure Australia remain political neutral and can＇t further involved in the dispute.Strengthening cooperation and dialogue with China Navy and Royal Australian Navy can relieve situation tension.
