民国高等教育转学制度的历史考察

Study on Transfer Mechanism in Higher Education During the Republic of China

考察民国的高等教育可以发现,大部分的高校在每年的招生简章中都会注明招录转学生,同样大部分的高校都将转学章程作为重要部分列入学则。总的说来,转学制度是民国高等教育的一个重要特色,其规则十分简单,只需学生向所在学校申请,然后经编级考试及格便可以成为正式生,而且这些转学生毕业后的成才率大都非常高。因此,深入研究民国高等教育的转学机制,对我国当前拔尖人才的培养具有重要的借鉴意义。

Investigated on higher education in the Republic of China,it could be found almost all of universities have indicated recruit transfer students when released the school admission brochure,and almost every university regard transfer regulations as an innportant part in the university regulations.The transfer system was an important characteristic in higher education during the Republic of China.The rule was very simply：when the students applied to school,and passed the exam,he or she could enter the school.Meanwhile,the transfer students＇ success rates were very high after graduated.Therefore,study on transfer mechanism of this period still have innportant significance to the current excellent and topnotch student＇s cultivation.
