荧光增白剂C.I.351,行业通俗名称为CBS,该产品生产过程的中控非常重要,产品的质量和收率直接依赖于生产中控.文章提供了一种CBS原材料联苯二氯苄和中间产物酯化物的纯化方法,以及联苯二氯苄、酯化物和CBS的液相色谱检测方法,这些方法可方便地应用于对来料和中间体进行质量控制,以及对反应进程进行跟踪.研究还发现,要想获得红光CBS,主杂质峰与主峰面积比必须小于0.88%.
Fluorescent whitening agent C.I.351, industry popular name is CBS. The production process control of CBS is very important.The quality of the product and yield directly depends on the production control, so this paper provided purification methods of material 4,4'-Bis (chloromethyl) - 1, 1'-biphenyl (BCMB) and intermediate product 4,4'-Bis (diethoxy phosphomethyl) biphenyl ( BPMB ), and provided liquid chromatography detection methods of BCMB, BPMB and CBS. These methods can be easily applied to quality control of incoming material and intermediates, as well as to track reaction process. The study also found that in order to get reddish CBS, the main impurity peak with the main peak area ratio must be less than 0.88 %.
