摘要
酵母泥是白刺果酒发酵过程中最主要的副产物之一,白刺果酒酵母泥中含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸以及其它营养物质,本文对白刺果酒酵母泥的综合利用情况进行了综述。
The yeast mud is one of the most important by - product in the fermentation process of nitraria wine, nitraria wine yeast mud contains rich protein, amino acids and other nutrients, comprehensive utilization of nitraria wine yeast mud were reviewed in this article.
