摘要
湟中县本着先试点后逐步推广的原则,开展农民用水合作组织的试点和推广工作,并取得了一定成效,探索出了一条适应湟中县实际的农民用水合作组织发展道路。
Based on first pilot after promotion step by step in Huangzhong county, WUA （Water Users Association） pilot and promotion had made success, development path suited to WUA in Huangzhong county had been explored.
