摘要 激光成形是通过材料快速凝固沉积,直接形成组织晶粒细小、节节约省致密、均匀的"近终成形"零件。作为一项先进的复杂零件整体制造技术,使用激光成形技术不仅可节省大型模锻设备,而且具有材料利用率高和生产周期短等优势。传统起落架的生产是对模锻件进行加工,其加工余量大且效率低。通过对传统模锻件加工工艺进行调整和优化,最终完成了某型飞机起落架激光成形毛坯件的制造。 Laser forming forms directly organization grain fine,dense and uniform "nearly eventually forming" parts through rapid solidification material deposition.As an advanced complex parts of the overall manufacturing technology,laser forming technology can not only save large forging equipment,but also has the advantages of the high material utilization ratio,short production cycle,and so on.Traditional aircraft landing gear production is machined for die forging,the machining allowance is large and efficiency is low.Through the traditional die forging processing technology to adjust and optimize,finally completed a certain type of aircraft landing gear blank of laser forming parts manufacturing.
