摘要
为实现大型重载高精度转盘(下述简称转盘)无背隙传动,设计了一种高精度传动装置,利用伺服电动机和减速机带动消间隙机构,实现转盘的高精度旋转及翻转功能,消除了转盘旋转及翻转传动中正、反转背隙。该传动机构结构简单,制造成本低,可实现二轴自由度的高精度转动,可对转盘上的工件进行高精度和多角度的加工及测量。
For achieving large heavy high-precision turntable and no gear backlash drive,the design of a high-precision transmission mechanism was designed by using servo motor,reducer and elimination clearance gear to achieve high-precision turntable rotate and flip function,the agency eliminates transmission backlash of the turntable rotation and turning in the positive and negative rotation,the results showed that the structure of the transmission mechanism is simple,low cost and can achieve two-axis degree of freedom high-precision rotation,it can realized high-precision multi-angle processing and measurement to the workpiece on the turntable.
