基于新型结构的可搬移箱喷塑工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 新型结构的可搬移箱箱盖与箱体连接处通过框架带胶铆接而成,采用原有可搬移的喷塑工艺,箱体表面容易出现鱼眼和裂纹等现象。本文通过对高温胶力学强度、耐酸碱性、抗盐雾和耐温性等的研究,研制出了性能优异的高温胶。采用该高温胶粘接了可搬移箱,并进行了附着力检测,以及抗盐雾、耐高温和抗振动等环境适应性试验。结果表明,采用该种高温胶粘接可搬移箱,不仅可保证外表美观、无鱼眼和无裂纹,而且还能满足国军标相关环境适应性要求。 The new-style portable equipment was made up of covers and box,which was connected by frames and shaped by clinch bolt with glue.If takes original portable coating process,surface of equipments are easy to occur defects like fish eyes crakes and so on.In order to get high performance high temperature glue,the paper did research on mechanical strength,acid resistance,salt frog resistance and temperature endurance.It was used to stick portable equipments,and was also used to do adhesive force test including test of salt resistance,high temperature resistance,vibration resistance,and waterproof ability.The results indicated that the process can not only bring good appearance,no fish eyes,and no crakes to the new-style equipment,but also can meet the environment requirement of national military standard.
