摘要
随着我国大直径油气输送管线建设的快速发展,大直径弯管的需求也随之增长.对于1422中频加热弯管机,由于其夹头与中频线圈的距离较大,在大批量生产时浪费较大;因此,对其进行了改进设计.本文介绍了1422中频加热弯管机的主要结构与用途,在设计过程中,通过受力分析得知,卡头与中频线圈之间的距离越小,卡头与抱辊机构受力越大;因此,需要对卡头和抱辊机构等关键部位进行强度校核.本设计用于钢管热煨弯制,可以满足X80级的直径为508~1 422 mm和壁厚<40 mm的弯管制造和质量要求.
with the rapid development of China's large diameter oil-gas pipeline construction,large diameter pipe-bending requirement has increased.Because the distance is too long between the clamp-head and intermediate-frequency coil of the 1422 intermediate-frequency heating bender,it produced more wastes in mass production.To resolve this question,some design improvement to this machine was done.The paper introduced the main structure and use of the 1422 intermediate-frequency heating bender.Through the analysis of the stress in the design process,it was discovered that the distance between the clamp-head and intermediate-frequency coil was more shorter,the force was more bigger between the clamphead and roller.So the strength of the clamp-head,rolling bodies and other key parts must be checked.This machine can be used to produce X80 level pipes with the diameter of φ508 ~φ1422 mm and the thickness of pipe is under 40 mm.
