摘要
某起动发电机试验时,电动机在发电机状态额定转速和额定负载下,励磁电流超标。通过检查试验设备,互换电动机各组件和零件计量发现,励磁电流超标是由于电动机气隙处于极限值造成的。综合分析后,进行了调整端盖和更换换向极试验,最终通过更换不对称结构的换向极,解决了该问题。
When a starter generator was tested in generator status of motor,the rated speed,rated load and field current exceed the standard.By checking the test equipment,motor parts and parts interchangeability of measurement,it was found that the excessive field current was caused by motor air gap in the limit value.After comprehensive analysis,the test in adjusting the end cover and replacement of commutating pole was implemented,and finally the problem was solved by replacing the asymmetric structure of commutating pole.
