摘要
文章设计了基于模糊自整定PID调节的清梳联连续喂棉控制系统,系统以PLC为主控制器,采用自整定模糊PID控制算法,根据被控系统不同工况变化的要求,通过修改PID控制器的参数来获得满意的动态和静态性能,提高生条质量。
The self-setting fuzzy-PID control of cotton cleaning carding combination continuous feeding cotton control system was designed with PLC as the main controller.The control method of self-turning fuzzy PID was used.According to varying performance state,the parameters of PID controller were adjusted to get good dynamic and static control quality and improve the quality of cotton sliver.
