基于GPRS的远程心电实时诊断系统

摘要 研制了一种基于GPRS的远程心电实时诊断系统,系统基于微弱信号的采集、放大、处理、远程传输、分析、诊断、反馈思路。利用导联引出心电信号,预调理后将其作输入信号给高精度数据采集单片机C8051F350,利用单片机对输入信号进行软滤波数据打包处理。处理的结果通过GPRS网络传送医疗机构的终端系统,一方面供专家会诊,另一方面在终端系统通过Labview可视化编程进行数据分析、信号特征量提取和专家数据库对比等方法,使系统具有一定的自动诊断功能,以便解决当前诊断不及时以及治疗不及时而导致病人出现死亡的情况。 The remote real time diagnosis system for ECG is researched based on GPRS.The fundamental train of thought is based on weak signal acquisition,amplification,processing,transmission,analysis,diagnosis and feedback.Using lead ECG signal,the signal preprocessed then input into the high precision data acquisition MCU C8051F350.The input signals are filtered again by software and packet so as to transmit by GPRS.When terminal system of medical institutions receives the data,on the one hand for the expert consultation,on the other hand terminal system by the Labview visual programming will execute data anal- ysis.By signal feature extraction and expert database comparison method,the system is able to own automatic diagnosis utility.As a result,the system improves the present situation that death of the patient happened for diagnosis and treatment is not in time.
