摘要
近年来,随着枇杷的大规模种植,枇杷病害日益严重,为明确危害枇杷线虫的发生情况,在2012—2013年,笔者到云南枇杷主要栽培区进行田间调查,并把根际土样带回实验室,通过分离、杀死、固定及形态学鉴定的方法,首次报道了云南枇杷根际土壤3种寄生线虫:双宫螺旋线虫[Helicotylenchus dihystera(Cobb,1893)Sher,1961]、草莓滑刃线虫[Aphelenchoides fragariae(Ritzema Bos,1890)Christie,1932]和燕麦真滑刃线虫(Aphelenchus avenae Bastian,1865),枇杷是这3种线虫的新寄主纪录。
In recent years,with large scale cutivation of E.Japonica,diseases in it are getting more and more serious.In order to clarify the nematode occurrence ,during 2012 to 2013,three nematodes were indenti-fied through investigating , sampling , seperating , killing and fixing and morphological identification methods . They are Helicotylenchus dihystera (Cobb,1893) Sher,1961,Aphelenchoides fragariae (Ritzema Bos,1890) Christie,1932 and Aphelenchus avenae Bastian,1865.E.Japonica is a new host of these nematodes .
