进城务工人员城市融入指标的构建与评测——以湖北省为例

Building and evaluating the indices of migrant workers' urban integration——Taking Hubei Province as a case

从融入的内涵出发构建科学、高信度、高效度、较为规范的进城务工人员城市融入指标体系,运用层次分析法确定权重,并对湖北省进城务工人员融入程度进行简单评测。分析提出完善就业制度,让进城务工人员"有工作";完善住房制度,让进城务工人员"有居所";完善社会保障制度,让进城务工人员"有保障";完善媒体宣传报道,让进城务工人员"有形象"等措施,以进一步提升进城务工人员的城市融入水平。

According to the connotation of integration a scientific, reliable, effective and standardized index system of urban integration of migrant workers has been built. Meanwhile the weights have been determined by analytic hierarchy process. Accordingly the urban integration of migrant workers in Hubei Province is evaluated. Based on the analysis it is proposed to perfect employment system to offer jobs for migrant workers, to perfect house system to offer residence for migrant workers, to perfect social security system to guarantee the migrant workers, to perfect publicity by media to promote the status of migrant workers, so as to upgrade migrant workers＇ urbanization.
