气道优化对CQ188F汽油机性能的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 提高通用小型汽油机进排气系统的流通系数,可以有效改善汽油机性能,本文以CQ188F汽油机为例,对汽缸盖进、排气道进行优化设计,通过气道稳流试验,对比分析气道优化前后进、排气道流通系数的变化;通过整机性能和排放性能试验,对比分析气道优化前后整机动力性能、经济性能和排放性能的变化。结果表明,优化通用小型汽油机进、排气道设计可有效提高气道流通系数,改善汽油机整机动力性能、经济性能和排放性能。 The engine performance could be effectively improved by increasing the flow coefficient of the inlet and outlet air system of non--road small spark--ignition engine. The Article, based on the gasoline engine type CQ188F, is to optimize the design of the inlet and outlet air duct of the engine cylinder covers. To contrast and analyse the circulation factor change of the inlet and outlet air ducts before and after air ducts optimization via air duct steady flow test. To contrast and analyse the change of the engine dynamic, economic and emission performances before and after air ducts optimization via the engine and emission tests. The result shown, after optimizing the design of the air ducts, the circulation factor can be effectively improved and the engine dynamic, economic and emission performances improved at the same time.
