长三角“民航-高铁联运”模式发展研究——以杭州、无锡为例

On Developing Coordinated Transport Mode between Civil Aviation and High Speed Railway in the Yangtze River Delta

把不同交通方式进行有效衔接的"空铁联运模式",已经在国内外有了成功经验。在高铁时代到来之际,"空铁联运"对于作为中国经济发展样本的长三角空港群发展有特殊的意义,长三角空港群也具备了构建完善的"空铁联运"机制的基础。参照国际上先进的民航现代服务意识,在异地值机服务,异地行李交付服务,联运信息服务,联运票务服务等方面推动"空铁联运"机制建设。

There have been successful experiences both at home and abroad in developing air-and-rail coordinated transport mode which can effectively join different means of transportation. As the age of high speed train approaches, air-and-rail coordinated transport is of great significance for the airport group development in the Yangtze River Delta. Meanwhile the airport group in the Yangtze River Delta has the foundation of establishing effective air-and-rail coordinated transport mechanism. To promote the development of air-and-rail coordinated transport mechanism, this paper suggests that checking-in and luggage delivery services in other places, and air-and-rail coordinated transport information and ticketing services must be offered by following advanced international civil aviation practice.
