Promoting Professionalization of College Counselors by Modular Management

高校辅导员专业化建设是辅导员队伍建设的重要内容之一,是辅导员职业化、专家化发展的基础,立足于辅导员的岗位目标明确性、教育培训针对性、工作任务具体性、绩效评价有效性,实施模块化管理成为促进辅导员专业化建设的一种行之有效的路径。

Professionalization of college counselors, an important content of the construction of counselor team in higher institutions, forms the basis for counselors to become professionals and experts. This paper suggests that implementing modular management based on clear objectives, targeted education and training, specific tasks, and effective performance evaluation of counselors will be an effective way to promote professionalization of college counselors.
