板式换热器堵塞原因及分析

从药剂配方、药剂投加方式以及运行工艺等方面进行了分析 ,调整并解决了板式换热器的堵塞问题。从原来只能连续运行 144h ,到现已能连续运行 1430h ,满足了生产需要。

In order to solve the scale accumulation problem inside the walls of plate type heat exchangers, measures have to be taken from different ways including proper prescription and dosage of anti scale chemicals and improvement of operating status of the exchangers. The action is successful, the uninterrupted performance of the exchangers extended from 144 hours to 1430 hours, quite enough to fit the operating demand.
