摘要
通过选取2003—2012年我国汽车整车上市公司作为研究样本,分析了我国整车上市公司纵向一体化程度与企业绩效和技术效率的关系。实证研究结果表明:纵向一体化程度与企业绩效和技术效率之间存在负相关关系。在企业纵向整合战略主导下,我国汽车整车上市企业绩效受其产业集中度和公司规模影响不大;但产业集中度的提高和公司规模的扩大有利于提升公司的技术效率。该结果对于我国汽车产业未来纵向分拆和纵向一体化的不同实践具有重要的现实意义。
The through taking paper analyzes the effects of vertical integration on performance and technological efficiency the automobile listed companies in China as the research sample. The study shows：there is a der the domination of vertical integration strategy,while the improvement of industrial concentration and the expansion of the firm scale are favorable to promoting technical efficiency. The results are of practical sig- nificance for the practice of China automobile industry,especially for the choice of vertical integration and vertical disintegration.
