摘要
3F机组调速器推拉杆压板上定位销扭断分析是机组运行中的常见问题,原因比较复杂,有时可能是好几种原因综合的结果。对3F机组调速器接力器推拉杆压板上定位销扭断的原因进行了分析,提出了一系列的技术改进措施,并针对水布垭机组提出了解决方案。
It is a common problem that the upper location pins for binder plates of driving rod in governors of 3F genera-tor unit twist off in the operation .While the causes are complex , it is possibly due to a combined effect of different rea-sons.In this paper, the possible reasons are analyzed and technical improvement measures are proposed .Specifically, solutions are provided for generator units in the Shuibuya hydropower station .
