Cross cultural communication between English and Chinese is affected by many elements .In En-glish and Chinese translation ,we should master the individual cultural background of these two languages and bear the general cultural differences between the two languages in mind ,we should also explore the specific cultural differences between English and Chinese from some relevant subjects like aesthetics .
