摘要
人事档案对于个人和单位的价值不言而喻,随着各单位档案意识的提高,人事档案管理工作也愈发受到重视。哈佛大学档案管理的历史长达300多年,积累了丰富的成功经验,如分门别类的个人档案管理,规范有效的电子档案管理,在线利用的干部档案管理,离职员工档案的全方位管理和专业的档案管理人员。
It is self -evident that personal records are important for each person and his unit .The manage-ment is getting more and more emphatic along with the enhancement of the file consciousness .Harvard University has a file management history of more than 300 years and has gathered a lot of successful experience as classified personal records ,regular and effective e-files ,on-line management of cadres’ files ,all -round management of retired workers and its full -time executives .
