摘要
分析了影响络筒工艺的关键因素,结果表明,采用合理的工艺参数:络筒速度2000-2500 r/min、导纱距离8-10 cm、张力0.6-1.1 cN/tex、卷绕密度0.36-0.5 g/cm3,解决了络筒生产中张力差异大、卷绕密度不匀问题,达到耐磨保伸目的。
The key influence factors of the winding process are analyzed, the result shows that adopted the reasonable process parameters, including winding speed 2 000 -2 500 r/m, guide distance 8 -10 cm, tension 0. 6 -1. 1cn/tex, winding density 0. 36 -0. 5 g/cm3, it can resolve the unbalance problem of the tension and the winding density, so ensure the wear-resisting and stretch of yarn.
