摘要
针对大学独立学院服装专业毕业生就业情况,对与服装设计、管理、技术和服装外贸四个专业方向相关的企业进行了调研分析,掌握了企业对服装专业毕业生的专业技能、职业素养等具体要求;在此基础上从"教、做、研"三方面构建一体化人才培养模式,有针对性地提高学生的就业能力和综合素质,以更好地满足服装企业实际工作岗位的需要。
Based on the college graduates employment condition for clothing speciality of independent institute, the clothing enterprises related with clothing design, clothing management, clothing technology and clothing trade were investigated and analyzed to ob- tain the specific requirements of garment enterprises, including technical skills, professional quality and so on. Targeted to improve students＂ employment ability and comprehensive quality and meet the practical needs of garment enterprises, the integrated talent training model was builded from three aspects of teaching, doing and studying.
