随着我国新闻舆论监督的作用和地位逐渐上升,公务人员面对新闻媒体履行职责的机会日渐增多。面对新闻媒体,公务人员以什么样的身份、形象、姿态呈现,不仅规约着行政职责的履行,同时也影响着公务机构的形象。因此,如何提高公务人员的媒介素养,就成为了当代公务机构建设的基本任务。
