高校青年英语教师教学能力存在的问题及对策

The Problems Existing in Young College English Teachers' Teaching Ability and Its Countermeasures

青年英语教师是高校英语教学的骨干力量,对于提高教学和人才培养质量具有十分重要的作用。当前,一些青年英语教师在教学能力上存在着教育理念滞后、团队意识淡薄、教改意识不强等问题。其主要原因在于缺乏职业责任意识、思想教育相对薄弱、人文关怀尚不到位。只有重视思想上的激励引导,完善业务上的提升机制,注重精神上的人文关怀,才能有效激发青年英语教师潜能,不断提升其教育教学能力。

Young college English teachers are the backbone of the teaching force. They play an important role in the improvement of teach-ing ability and quality of talent cultivation. At present, some young college English teachers show lagging teaching philosophy and low team and educational reform awareness. The main reason lies in the weak vocational education,the less humanistic care and the lack of ideological education. In order to fully stimulate the potential of young college English teacher and improve their teaching ability, we should attach more attention to the ideological motivation,self-development mechanism and humanistic care on them.
