Research progress in the pathogenesis and treatment of epilepsy

摘要 癫痫是一种常见的神经系统疾病。其发病原因繁杂,治疗方式从传统药物治疗逐渐拓展到手术治疗、基因疗法、细胞移植、神经刺激等多种治疗方式,但仍未找到特别理想的治疗方案。为进一步加深对癫痫的认识,促进新的抗癫痫治疗方式的发展,现就癫痫的病因、发病机制及治疗进行综述。 Epilepsy is a common neurological disease. Its aetiological agent is complex, the therapeutic methods of epilepsy from traditional medicine gradually expand into a variety of surgical treatment, gene therapy, cell transplantation, nerve stimulation. But there has not been an effective treatment yet. To further deepen the understanding of epilepsy and promote the development of new treatments, we provided a brief review summarizing on the epilepsy aetiological agent, pathogenesis and treatment.
