摘要
为分析室内建筑材料粗糙表面散射对太赫兹波的影响,采用射线跟踪法和基尔霍夫标量近似法,研究了300GHz非视距传播的散射特性,仿真分析不同的极化和粗糙参数对室内非视距传输中的散射传播影响。仿真结果表明,当粗糙参数不变时,水平极化波的接收性能比垂直极化波的性能好,随着粗糙度的增大,整个非视距区域的接收性能均提高。
In order to analyze the influence of THz wave caused by rough surface scattering of indoor building materials,the ray tracing method and Kirchhoff scalar approximation theory are adopted to study scattering characteristics of 300 GHz non-line-of-sight propagation.The effect of different polarization and rough parameters on indoor scattering propagation in non-line-of-sight transmission is simulated.The simulation results show that the receiving performance of horizontal polarized wave is better than the performance of the vertically polarized wave when rough parameters are unchanged,and the receiving performance of the whole non-line-of-sight region is improved with the increase of roughness.
