摘要
针对TD-LTE系统中对电调智能天线的性能受移相器制约的问题,提出一种用于TD-LTE电调智能天线的宽频移相器。该移相器通过介质滑动来改变相位,通过局部阻抗匹配保证介质滑动过程中各支路阻抗的小幅波动,实现稳定的功率分配。仿真和实测结果表明,该移相器可同时工作在F(1880 MHz-1920 MHz),A(2010 MHz-2025MHz),D(2555 MHz-2635 MHz)3个频段,电压驻波比(voltage standing wave ratio,VSWR)小于1.2,传输系数波动不超过±1 dB,在最大相移时,相位离散性小于10%。
In order to solve the problem that the performance of smart antennas in TD-LTE system is constrained by phase shifters, a wideband phase shifter for TD-LTE electrically adjustable smart antennas is proposed in this paper. Phase is changed by moveable dielectric, and partial impedance matching ensures that impedance of each branch will not change too much while the dielectric is moved, so that power is distributed steadily. Simulation and measurement indicate that the phase shifter can work within the frequency bands F ( 1880 MHz-1920 MHz), A ( 2010 MHz-2025 MHz), D ( 2555 MHz- 2635 MHz)with VSWR 〈 1.2, the transmission factor changing less than ±1 dB, and discrete phase less than 10% at the maximum phase shifts.
