The Brief Discussion on Banks' Enterprise Culture Construction

当前,我国商业银行正面临诸多挑战,构建符合自身发展特点的企业文化,从而实现规范、稳健和可持续发展,对商业银行来说尤为紧迫和必要。本文概括了企业文化的相关理论,结合银行的实际情况,设计了银行的企业文化体系。

At present, China＇ s commercial banks are facing many challenges, therefore, building enterprise culture accorded with the characteristics of their own development so as to realize standard, steady and sustainable development is particularly urgent and necessary for commercial banks. The paper summarizes the related theories on enterprise culture, and designs banks＇ enterprise culture system combining with the actual situation of banks.
